Cleansing

                                                         

  The body cannot heal or function properly in the presence of waste or toxins or anything that doesn't belong in the body. So, making sure that waste leaves the body in the appropriate time frame is extremely important. If you eat three meals a day you should have three bowel movements a day, if something's going in one end, common sense tells you something should be going out the other end. When it doesn't the waste stays in the colon and starts putrefying and creating an unhealthy environment. Today we have more people with diverticulitis, polyps, irritable bowel, ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s than ever before all because the waste is not leaving the colon and it starts breaking down the health of the tissue. To make matters worse you have blood vessels pulling those toxins off and circulating them through the bloodstream, potentially affecting everything in the body negatively. It will have a detrimental effect on the liver which was a filtering organ for the blood and also the kidneys. Today there are so many people with liver problems such as fatty liver, high liver enzymes, high cholesterol etc. A lot of people today are in different stages of kidney disease and there are more people on dialysis than ever. When the kidneys struggle to remove the toxins and waste from the bloodstream that were supposed to leave the body in a bowel movement, the skin will start showing signs of stress, since the skin is an elimination organ also, for example rashes, Rosacea, eczema, pimples, boils etc.

    Another form of waste that is created by the body is from when cells metabolize energy, that waste is moved outside the cells and picked up lymphatically and carried out through the bloodstream. The kidneys were never meant to have to carry waste out of the body that was supposed to go in the toilet in a bowel movement. They were designed primarily to handle the waste created by the cells. An illustration that I use is, if you pictured the blood as having 100 wheelbarrows to move waste out of the body and half of them were used to carry the waste from the bowel, you can see that some of the waste would stay in the tissues of the body. Leading to a lot of the inflammatory diseases that we have today, inflammation is caused when waste, toxins or infection is in the tissue. Inflammation slows down blood and lymphatic fluid flow which are designed to carry the waste out of the body. Another thing that causes the waste to stay the tissue is tight muscles, stress or a lack of movement because blood doesn't flow very well through a tight muscle and lymphatic fluid only moves when you move but even that is limited by tight muscles. So, I usually recommend that people try to relax by taking a nice walk, soak in a tub with some Epsom salts, and/or stretching can loosen up tight muscles. Just be careful not to force it, stretching should always be gentle. I tell people they should try to walk at least 5 minutes every hour that they're awake. You don't have to be a marathon runner!

A good routine to follow is:

Make your fresh juice first thing in the morning.

   Mix your liquid herbs into fresh juice. (Fresh juice and liquid herbs are best taken on an empty stomach.)

     Example: 1st week Kidney/Bladder and Blood/Lymph

     A total of 6 droppers each (a full dropper is about 1/3 of the way up the pipette) after you mix them together divide them into 2 servings.

     Putting the mix in small glass jars without room for air. Drink one of the servings while you are cleaning the juicer. Then start making your Superfood smoothie.

So, by the time you start your day, you have taken 1 serving of juice and tinctures, had you Superfood and 2 servings of fruit. Now you just have to drink your other to serving of juice, follow the diet, and take Intestinal Regulator at dinner time.

 

It is also good to Intermittent Fast during the cleanse.

Try eating all your food in a maximum eating window of 8 hours or less. Your first veggie juice with herbs starts you eating window when you finish your last meal ends your window. You can have a cup of coffee or herb tea outside your eating window.

                           Liver cleanse and gallbladder flush

Ingredients:  

 4 tablespoon EPSOM salts, 3 cups Fresh made Grapefruit juice (6&8 PM, AM next day)

These will be mixed together.

1/2 Cup Olive Oil Extra Virgin, 1 Big grapefruit or 2 small grapefruit (10 PM)    

        These will be mixed together.

 

Choose a day like Saturday for this cleanse, since you will be able to rest the next day.

Do not take medicines, vitamins or pills that you can do without; they could prevent success. If you are doing the 6 Week Cleanse, stop to follow these directions.

Eat a no-fat breakfast and lunch such as cooked cereal with fruit, fruit juice, bread and preserves or honey (no butter or milk), baked potato or other vegetables with salt only. This allows the bile to build up and develop pressure in the liver. Higher pressure pushes out more stones.

2:00 PM. Do not eat or drink after 2 o'clock. If you break this rule you could feel quite ill later. Get your Epsom salts ready. Mix 4 tbs. in 3 cups Grapefruit juice and pour this into a jar. This makes four servings, 3/4 (three fourths) cup each. Set the jar in the refrigerator to get ice cold (this is for convenience and taste only).

6:00 PM. Drink one serving 3/4 cup of the ice cold Epsom salts and grapefruit.

Get the olive oil and grapefruit out to warm up.

8:00 PM. Repeat by drinking another 3/4 cup of Epsom salts and grapefruit.

10:00 PM. Pour 1/2 (half) cup (measured) olive oil into the pint jar, add ¾ cup of Fresh squeezed Grapefruit juice, if you have it add 4 droppers of Liver Gallbladder Formula add lid and shake. Drink the potion you have mixed. Take it all to your bedside if you want, but drink it standing up. Get it down within 5 minutes (fifteen minutes for very elderly or weak persons).

Lie down immediately. You might fail to get stones out if you don't. The sooner you lie down the more stones you will get out. Be ready for bed ahead of time. Don't clean up the kitchen. As soon as the drink is down walk to your bed and lie down flat on your back with your head up high on the pillow. Try to think about what is happening in the liver. Try to keep perfectly still for at least 20 minutes. You may feel a train of stones traveling along the bile ducts like marbles. There is no pain because the bile duct valves are open (thank you Epsom salts!). Go to sleep, you may fail to get stones out if you don't.

Next morning. Upon awakening take your third dose of Epsom salts and grapefruit. If you have indigestion or nausea wait until it is gone before drinking the Epsom salts. You can try so Ginger tea. You may go back to bed. Don't take this potion before 6:00 am.

2 Hours Later. Take your fourth (the last) dose of Epsom salts and grapefruit. You may go back to bed again.

After 2 More Hours you may eat. Start with fruit juice. Half an hour later eat fruit. One hour later you may eat regular food but keep it light. By supper you should feel recovered.

If you have Cancer cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, and garlic should be added and account for 50% of you juice, and you should have at least 96 ounces a day.
